Henry Oddo Austin & Fletcher, P.C. is looking for an experienced litigation paralegal to temporarily join our team during the absence of our colleague. The position is for three months beginning approximately April 15, 2024, and may lead to other job opportunities within our firm depending on availability of the positions, work ethic, and performance during the temporary role.

A litigation paralegal at Henry Oddo Austin & Fletcher, P.C. is an integral part of our litigation team. The candidate will support the litigation team in the handling of client files and will conduct legal research, including court records. The candidate will be involved in the creation, organization, and maintenance of client and case files, as well as drafting pleadings, discovery, and correspondence. In addition, the candidate will contact various state and federal court personnel, maintain hearing schedules, docketing, and calendaring, and assist on special projects as needed. The candidate will also assist in timekeeping and recording time.

Henry Oddo Austin & Fletcher, P.C. conducts litigation in a variety of practice areas, including personal injury, transportation (freight and cargo claims), homeowners’ association representation and defense, and products liability/mass torts. The selected litigation paralegal will work in each of these areas, assisting and supporting those attorneys practicing in a given area. Salary and benefits are negotiable and commensurate with education, experience, and qualifications for the position.
