Our firm is looking to hire an attorney with general litigation experience. Someone capable of working independently and moving a case forward from beginning to end. You will be responsible for all aspects of your cases including preparing motions, responding to motions, attending hearings, and attending trials, and everything in between. We handle a variety of cases involving civil litigation. You will work directly for our firm and will not be permitted to work on outside matters.
Expected experience is 4-10 years.
Your pay will be $72 per hour billed and invoiced by our firm.
You will be working from home for the foreseeable future.
Must be licensed by the State Bar of Texas in Good Standing.
