Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated paralegal to join our team and assist with family-based immigration cases with the USCIS. The ideal candidate will have experience in immigration law, excellent organizational skills, and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service
Prepare and file USCIS petitions, applications, and supporting documents
Draft client statements, declarations, and other legal documents
Track case progress and deadlines to ensure timely completion
Assist attorneys with case preparation and research as needed
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Spanish Language (required)
Experience working with family-based immigration cases (strongly desired)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Salary: Starting at $18/hour D.O.E.
