Join a values-driven firm where you’ll have fun while solving complex and interesting business challenges.Introduction to the teamThe Engagement Support Specialist works with the State and Local Tax and Tax Specialty operations and administrative teams to provide support during the pre-engagement process to ensure client agreement and engagement setup activities are completed timely and accurately. Supporting the pre-engagement process includes drafting client agreements, data entry into our CRM system, and support for the new client acceptance process all while meeting target response times. Engagement setup activities may vary but help ready the engagement teams to start their work. Helps draft, edit, and proo client agreement documents
Assists with pre-engagement activities, which may include CRM data entry, new client acceptance and setup, engagement code setup, and Pfx binder setup
Proactively tracks pre-engagement activity progress from client agreement drafting, through the signature process, to engagement setup
Serves as point of contact to help the client service team identify the correct client agreement template
Other special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required
Minimum of 1 year of related experience required; experience in quality assurance/quality control role or equivalent preferred
Strong English grammar and spelling
Ability to comprehend or learn technical information related to Consulting services and firm processes
Highly proficient prooing ability
Strong project management and organizational skills; able to effectively prioritize assignments and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint)
Attention to detail, logic, and accuracy
Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate complex issues to others and follow-up with outstanding requests
Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills
Experience working in IT, consulting, or audit preferred
Adobe Acrobat Professional experience a plus
Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5%
