Senior Project Manager / Project Manager - University

To lead and manage the full project lifecycle of a large-scale university campus development, ensuring successful delivery in line with the client’s objectives for educational excellenceThe Senior Project Manager will serve as the project lead managing multidisciplinary teams, and driving project outcomes that meet client expectations in terms of quality, budget, and timeline.Lead end-to-end project management from design development through to construction and handover. Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for project reporting and updates. Facilitate stakeholder engagement including ministries and regulatory bodies.Oversee coordination of architects, engineers,specialists , contractors, and suppliers. Monitor project cost, schedule, and risk, implementing mitigation strategies as required. Oversee safety compliance and quality assurance.Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, design workshops, and site inspections.Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior leadership and client representatives.
