Project Manager / Senior Project Manager (Performing Art Center Project)

To lead the delivery of the Performing Arts Center project through end-to-end project management. The Senior Project Manager (SPM) will ensure the project is delivered to the highest quality standards, within time and cost constraints, while balancing the complex needs of cultural programming, stakeholder engagement, and technical integration.Lead end-to-end project management from design development through to construction and handoverManage coordination between design consultants, contractors, client stakeholders, and operators.Ensure project milestones and quality benchmarks are met in line with client vision and cultural objectives. Manage contract administration, programme scheduling, and cost control. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Report regularly to the client on project progress, risks, and key decisions. Ensure stakeholder engagement, including local authorities and community representatives.
