Senior Project Manager / Project Manager - Infrastructure / Major Transit Hub

Lead the integrated delivery of the station infrastructure and associated TOD, managing the interface between transport authorities, private developers, utility agencies, and design and delivery teamsThe Senior Project Manager will serve as the project lead managing multidisciplinary teams, and driving project outcomes that meet client expectations in terms of quality, budget, and timeline.Oversee the planning and phased refurbishment of the live transport hub while ensuring continued operations and minimal disruption.Coordinate with transport operators, authorities, asset owners, and commercial stakeholders.Lead consultant and contractor teams across architectural, civil, MEP, and transport disciplines.Manage the integration of new systems, passenger flows, and public realm improvements.Align TOD development timelines and infrastructure interfaces with station upgrade works.Monitor project cost, quality, risk, and programme performance to deliver on client objectives.Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior leadership and client representatives.
