Senior Project Manager / Project Manager - Hospitality

To lead and manage the full project lifecycle of a large-scale convention center & sports arena development, ensuring operational efficiency and international MICE standardsThe Senior Project Manager will serve as the project lead managing multidisciplinary teams, and driving project outcomes that meet client expectations in terms of quality, budget, and timeline.Lead end-to-end project management from design development through to construction and handover. Manage multiple consultant and contractor interfaces (including M&E, acoustic, sports lighting, and broadcast specialists).Coordinate authority submissions and approvals for large public venues.Engage with relevant operators and integrate operational requirements into design.Monitor project cost, schedule, and risk, implementing mitigation strategies as required. Oversee safety compliance and quality assurance.Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, design workshops, and site inspections.Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior leadership and client representatives.
