Senior Project Manager - Hospitality / Theme Park Projects

To lead and manage the successful delivery of the Adventure Waterpark redevelopment project, ensuring smooth coordination across all design, construction, and stakeholder management activities.The Senior Project Manager will serve as the project lead managing multidisciplinary teams, and driving project outcomes that meet client expectations in terms of quality, budget, timeline, and brand alignment.Lead end-to-end project management from design development through to construction and handover. Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for project reporting and updates. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee coordination of architects, engineers, specialists, contractors, and suppliers. Monitor project cost, schedule, and risk, implementing mitigation strategies as required. Oversee safety compliance and quality assurance, particularly for refurbishment of rides and public spaces.Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, design workshops, and site inspections.Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior leadership and client representatives.
