We’re looking for a Growth Manager – Sales & Business Development to drive strategic sales expansion, performance management, and business growth across our three key sales departments:Direct SalesConsultation Service and Upselling TechniquesDebit Order SalesThis role is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who excels in optimizing sales processes, improving customer experience, and expanding business divisions. You will be responsible for overseeing sales performance, driving quality control, and developing new revenue streams.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement strategies to maximize revenue growth across all sales divisions.Performance & KPI Management: Analyze, track, optimize and keep teams accountable to ensure targets are met in line with KPA’s and KPI’s.Quality Control: Enhance sales process quality, ensuring compliance, reducing errors, and improving customer interactions.User Experience (UX) Improvement: Work closely with internal teams to streamline customer journeys and boost retention.Business Expansion: Support in the growth of New Division(s) as required.
