Acumatica is looking for a Commercial Development Manager, Africa. The role is part of the fast growing Acumatica business in Africa, working across all areas of indirect go to market, and is focused on helping to define and execute market growth. Reporting to the Country Manager, Africa, this is a critical role in the promotion, growth, and success of Acumatica Africa.

What you will do:Support Acumatica management’s vision for and execution of key growth initiatives for the Africa market, working with management and partners to gain a deep understanding of the market requirements to drive growth via the recruitment and enablement of suitably qualified partners, as well as the generation of qualified prospective new customer opportunities via strategically aligned marketing and promotional campaigns.Key focus areas include Marketing and New Customer Acquisition pipeline growth:Assist with the development and execution of the Acumatica marketing strategies in Africa.Manage and assist Partners with their annual and ongoing marketing plans.Conduct regular cadence calls with Partners and revise marketing strategies as required.Assist Partners with the execution of all marketing activities and use of the online Acumatica tools provided (Marketing Automation Platform).Plan and execute any live events including annual summit and smaller regional events.  This will entail extensive travel and event attendance.Plan and execute any virtual events, including webinars.Follow-up with all prospects post-event and maintenance of CRM records.Regular contact with Partners as regards the status of leads, opportunities and sales resulting from pipeline fill activities and the updating of CRM records.Development and maintenance of social media platforms, campaigns and a community for ongoing communication, education and support for demand generation.The identification of prospective new Acumatica Reseller, Alliance, Service and Development Partners.
