The Senior Director of Customer Engagement Strategy oversees the Engagement Strategy team for Personal Investor Marketing. This position is an instrumental leadership role in the development of all go-to-market plans across acquisition, engagement and retention objectives to support Personal Investor priorities. The Engagement Strategy discipline centers around using data to develop a customer-centric view and driving results through an integrated experience of message, channel and content to engage with our highest value audience segments. In this role, you will shape the vision of this discipline and build a maturity roadmap, taking into account the growing need for more personal, relevant experiences and an evolving marketing landscape. You will be leading a team of engagement strategists to provide guidance as they develop strategies and to take an active part in refining these strategies and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders (Product Marketing, Channel, Operations, MarTech, Creative) to coordinate efforts, breakdown barriers, and mitigate risks. Given your purview of all marketing campaigns, you will also support the growth of Marketing’s personalization program by identifying meaningful personalization opportunities to test and play a critical role in scaling our personalization infrastructure and capabilities.Key qualifications
10 years or more in marketing strategy, product marketing, marketing consulting, or digital marketing
Deep understanding of customer behavior and the development of customer engagement strategies, and general knowledge of marketing campaign execution
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience structuring complex analyses and making strategic recommendations and translating complex concepts into simplified and understandable examples
Strong experience working with cross-functional teams and consulting to internal business stakeholders
Demonstrated leadership and/or mentoring experiences
Proven and consistent track record of producing results and strong passion for experimentation and data-driven insights
