Senior Director, Customer Engagement Strategy

The Senior Director of Customer Engagement Strategy oversees the Engagement Strategy team for Personal Investor Marketing. This position is an instrumental leadership role in the development of all go-to-market plans across acquisition, engagement and retention objectives to support Personal Investor priorities. The Engagement Strategy discipline centers around using data to develop a customer-centric view and driving results through an integrated experience of message, channel and content to engage with our highest value audience segments.
