This new Marketing Enablement role within the Marketing Intelligence & Operations group is an exciting opportunity to impact both the efficiency and effectiveness of the Marketing department, helping to foster an environment of data-driven decision making so that our crew can work smarter and our strategies can work harder. Our team leads with the courage to ask hard questions, try new things, and report with honesty and transparency; we partner with collaborators focusing on collaboration and empowerment – providing use-case driven self-service solutions; and work in service of the department with transparency and emotional intelligence ensuring data accessibility and the highest level of confidence.This role will be integral in crafting the value of marketing story from inputs to outcomes, and helping to increase marketing’s value by delivering actionable insights to improve our effectiveness, improve our efficiency, and answer the question: “what’s next?”The Operations Strategy, Senior Insight Manager:

Interprets and analyzes both internal and external data of high complexity using conceptual thinking and business acumen to derive key insights for projects. Verifies the quality, accuracy, and reasonableness of the data. Displays, organizes, and crafts data into a compelling storyline with actionable insight for the client.

Partners with others on the application of modeling and analytics to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing and operational strategies. Provides context on objectives and key results progress and determines new insights or trends.

Engages with internal partners to understand business strategy, questions, and goals. Develops business acumen and is considered a subject matter expert for aligned business area. Anticipates reporting needs and is actively aware of business decisions in aligned business area. Communicates results of reports to business partners when required.

Leads or participates in discussions and projects pertaining to key business issues/opportunities. Manages projects from inception through implementation ensuring project deadlines are met. Defines project scope and requirements, establishes timeline, and ensures timely completion of deliverables.

Participates in annual business planning and strategy for the department. Establishes, implements and monitors quality control procedures for all data related aspects of campaigns. Identifies and uses relevant analytics to evaluate success of marketing efforts and recommends changes for future improvements.

Develops and designs testing to drive improvement in departmental outcomes. Analyzes campaign results (from inputs to outcomes), documents and communicates implications and provides recommendations for improvements.

May partner with crew focused on RFP/RFI engagements to provide accurate and understandable marketing data.

Acts as the voice of the business, prioritizing analysis requests to our Chief Data & Analytics Office.

Designs and writes ad hoc reporting as needed. Validates analytical techniques employed by other specialists.

Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew.

Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

What it takes:

Minimum five years related work experience, two years in marketing production and operations.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Specializations that'll make an impact:

Tableau, SQL, Excel, and Adobe Analytics experience

Workfront or MRM software experience a plus

Financial analysis experience a plus

Exceptional data-storytelling ability

Appreciation for operational excellence

Understanding of go-to-market strategies

Strong relationship management skills

Strong project management & prioritization skills

Interest in leading/mentoring others
