DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Description: In this role, the Clinical Support Specialist has the responsibility to work cooperatively with other administrative and clinical staff members to manage client communication and needs, whether on the phone or in person. This position has oversight of all processes involving client records from data entry to release of information to archiving.Schedule Details: Monday through Thursday (occasional Fridays, as needed)10 am - 6:30 pm, with flexibility for evening coverage as neededLocation: Exton, PAProgram: Crisis InterventionPay Rate: $18.00/hourJob Functions:
Responsible for greeting all center visitors
Responsible for checking patients into their appointments
Responsible for collecting copayments from patients after their appointments
Responsible for scheduling follow-up appointments
Responsible for providing coverage to receptionist staff, as needed
Responsible for all client business mailingsMinimum Requirements:
Education: High School diploma or equivalentExperience: One year experience in a medical or mental health care office setting or other professional business office setting including customer service and data entry within the human services fieldLicensure/Certifications: None RequiredClearances: Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal clearance, and verification that the employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion listNote: At the discretion of the Personnel Officer, additional related experience and/or education may be substituted instead of the requirements specified under Education and ExperienceWhat's in it for you?
