Support division's subcontractor and vendor sourcing capabilities.

Support division's subcontracting operations including issuance of Master Service Agreements, notices to proceed, purchase orders, and task orders.

Supporting overall project management office with contract related duties.

Vetting and onboarding of prospective vendors and subcontractors.

Supporting client proposal efforts with subcontractor/vendor related activity including issuance of Non- Disclosure and Teaming Agreements.

Act as subcontractor liaison for contracting, subcontracting, and onboarding activities.

Maintaining District procurement tracking files for distribution and shared filing

Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.

Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.

Who You AreRequired Qualifications

High school Diploma.

7+ years experience working in the federal subcontracting field, including experience in the contracting field with FEMA, USACE and USPS.

Prior project procurement/administrative experience including working with procurement staff, project managers, subcontractors, etc.

Works well in a fast-paced environment and able to handle change in priorities.

Ability to identify, own, and complete tasks with minimal oversight.

Strong administrative, communication and organizational skills.

Ability to multi-task.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle ERP.

Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

Thorough understanding of DOL wage regulations.

Emergency Response and Logistics experience.

Bachelor’s or associate degree in business, public administration, legal studies or equivalent.
