This is a full time in-person position for an Accounting Representative at our office in Vancouver WA. The duties include:
- Daily Invoicing
- Producing Financial Reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, AR/AP Aging, etc)
- Manage Accounts and Reconciliations in Quick Books
- Verifying Employee Pay
- Handling all Payroll Submissions
- 401k contributions
- Any other admin or accounting type tasks needed
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in accounting
- Proficiency in Quickbooks
- Problem analysis skills and good judgment
- Good communication
- Computer savvy in order to execute day to day responsibilities
