Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Payable Clerk to join our client's team in Beaverton, Oregon. In this role, you will manage the Accounts Payable email inbox, facilitate invoice approvals, and process invoices in the ERP system. This role is instrumental in supporting with vendor account reconciliations and Accrued Purchases reporting.Responsibilities: Manage the Accounts Payable email inbox, ensuring all communications are promptly addressed Facilitate invoice approvals by liaising with relevant departments and personnel Process invoices in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Assist in vendor account reconciliations to ensure all accounts are accurately documented and up-to-date Utilize Microsoft Excel and MS Dynamics AX for data entry tasks Prepare check runs and code invoices as part of the accounts payable processRequirements 2+ years of proven experience in an Accounts Payable Clerk role or similar Proficiency in Account Reconciliation Experience with Check Runs and Coding Invoices Strong data entry skills and high attention to detail Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Experience with MS Dynamics AX Capable of meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities High level of accuracy and efficiency in tasks Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
