Description We are offering a unique employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist in Beaverton, Oregon. This role is primarily responsible for handling inbound collections calls. Responsibilities: Handle inbound collections calls with professionalism and efficiency Maintain detailed and accurate records of all collection activities Continually monitor customer accounts and initiate contact with customers to collect overdue payments Implement strategies to recover owed amounts while maintaining customer relationships Work collaboratively with the team to achieve collections targets Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in collectionsRequirements Candidate must have at least one year of experience as a Collections Specialist. Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word, is preferred. High level of accuracy and attention to detail is required. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team is necessary. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience with customer service and client communication is a plus.
