Successful, recognized and established restaurant seeking a passionate, mature, ambitious and experienced culinary professional to lead, create, build upon, and elevate an existing intimate dinner service - four nights a week.
Newly renovated and upgraded dining room and bar area. Full Liquor license.
Newly renovated kitchen. New lighting, hood system, floor, ceiling, equipment.
New walk in and prep areas.
As chef you will be responsible to:
- Create and execute dishes and menus
- Coordinate inventory and ordering with an established brunch staff
- Create, communicate and monitor schedules
- Train, educate, lead and develop staff
- Coordinate, execute and ensure that the kitchen spaces remain organized and clean
- Work in tandem with seasoned and experienced brunch staff
