Successful, recognized and established restaurant seeking a passionate, mature, ambitious and experienced culinary professional to create and build an exciting and cutting edge dinner service - four nights a week.
Your will be responsible to:
- Create and execute menus
- Coordinate inventory and ordering with an established brunch team
- Create, communicate and monitor schedules
- Train and educate staff
- Coordinate, execute and ensure that the kitchen spaces remain organized and clean
You must be able to relocate.
