Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Chef/Kitchen Manager to lead our team in transitioning to a full kitchen, bar, and grill establishment. This role requires expertise in menu design and implementation, people management, budgeting, and food cost management.
Responsibilities:Develop and execute a diverse menu for our full kitchen, bar, and grill.Manage kitchen staff, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality output.Implement effective budgeting strategies to optimize food costs and maintain profitability.Oversee inventory management and ordering processes to minimize waste and maximize freshness.
Requirements:Proven experience as a Chef/Kitchen Manager in a similar establishment.Strong leadership and communication skills.Proficiency in menu design and implementation.Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks.Experience in budgeting and food cost management.
