Interior Design firm located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temporary Office & Showroom Manager to support the office. This position will start ASAP, require 5 days in office. Hours 9:00am-6:00pm, availability for OT as needed. Must be able to commit for up to 3 months with this assignment with flex to extend.Responsibilities: Coordinate schedules for Principal & Design Director and manage full company scheduleAssist Principal in personal scheduling, appointments, and affairsResponsible for office organization, upkeep, and equipment maintenanceInterface with our high-profile clientele and their teamsHandle all travel arrangements for Principal and Design DirectorSchedule vendor presentations and company eventsAssist Principal & Designers with occasional sourcing and project supportAssist with coordinating special events in the showroomQualifications: 1+ years experience as receptionist and/or customer service. Design or home showroom experience a plus.Fluency in Google Suite, Apple ITExperience with Studio Designer a plus but not requiredExtremely organized with excellent communication skills both verbal and writtenExcellent time management skillsStrong multi-tasker and problem solver with flexibility and resilienceProfessional demeanor and groomed appearanceInterest in interiors, furniture, & textilesCompensation/Benefits: Hourly up to $25/hrBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
