Our client, a Healthcare Investment firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant/ Office Manager to join their NYC team. The hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm and this role is in the office five days a week.Responsibilities:Screen and direct calls, register and greet guests, manage multiple calendars, and schedule meetings/callsMaintain conference rooms, process expense reports, and arrange travelAssist with food delivery, stock pantry, order office supplies, and coordinate with building management for office maintenanceUpdate and maintain internal trackers, log records, maintain files, manage mail and packages, assist with eventsWork closely with Investment, Operations, and Admin teamsComplete ad hoc projects as requiredQualifications:Bachelor's Degree required3+ years' experienceExperience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projectsStrong verbal and written communication skillsTeam player, willing to support a small fast-growing organization as needs ariseCompensation/Benefits:Up to $75-85K base plus bonusMedical and dental 100% covered by employer401K with match15 days of PTOLunch provided daily and refreshments in the officeMatches for charity givingBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
