Small Construction/ Environmental Company looking for a FT or PT Administrator/ Bookkeeper to work in our main office at 58th and 2nd Ave Brooklyn NY . must be polite, organized and experienced in similar fields. you will be answering phones, making Proposals, contracts, Invoicing, mailing, filing, bookkeeping etc. must have knowledge of Quick-books, Ms Word and Excel a must.
Prepare payroll.
Organizing office operations and procedures.
Tracking and Controlling correspondence.
Experienced with public agencies is a plus.
Able to meet deadlines.
Must be knowledgeable in public bids preparation, project submittals, able to prepare certified payrolls, billingetc.
