Our client, a global investment firm, is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant and Office Manager in New York City. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm, five days in office.Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Legal Officer and a few Partners Coordinate extensive travel planning, calendar management, and logistics both domestically and internationally Serve as liaison with executive assistants across global offices and portfolio companies to align meeting schedules and manage logistics Assist with legal administrative tasks such as archiving, retrieving public filings, and preparing Board materials Support board meeting planning including coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on materials and agendas Assist with onboarding new hires and employee benefits administration Manage expense reporting and accounts payable for the office and supported executives Lead the setup and buildout of the NYC office space ahead of its January 2026 opening, including coordination with vendors, IT, designers, and property management Serve as point of contact for office operations, including facilities, supplies, events, and vendor management Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive and high-level materialsQualifications: 5-10+ years of experience supporting senior executives in small office environments Previous experience as an EA to C-level executives or Managing Partners strongly preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with Apple products (iPhone, iPad, MacBook)Compensation/Benefits: Up to $130K total compensation Medical, dental, and 401K with matchBeacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.California residents: Qualified applications with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act.If you would like to complete our voluntary self-identification form, please click here or copy and paste the following link into an open window in your browser: https://jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com/eeoc/Completion of this form is voluntary and will not affect your opportunity for employment, or the terms or conditions of your employment.
