Gallery Specialist

Our client, a leading real estate services company, is hosting a pop-up summer event in Sag Harbor, NY and is seeking a Temporary Gallery Specialist. This job is 5 days a week and guarantees 40 working hours per week. The position will start ASAP.Responsibilities: Responsible for sales revenue objectives given for each individual month and period of work through networking and CRM.Accountable for transaction accuracy from orders, deposits, communication on delivery and final delivery of clients orders.Must be on site of each gallery and events taking place on behalf of gallery with proper uniform and grooming standards.Responsible for opening and closing procedures of gallery following all protocols in place.Provide clear communication to management and team members on all work related responsibilities including client communication.Must be consistent in highest level of client service and experience with each appointments maintaining clear line of professionalism and job objectivesQualifications: 1+ years experience in a gallery setting, and/or corporate setting, and/or high end hospitality settingBA preferredHigh attention to detailCompensation/Benefits: $25/hr + commissionBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
