We are looking for a motivated individual with basic office and administrative experience.
Job Description:
Assisting low-income tenant's with their Section 8 requirements and re-certification (training provided).
Scheduling and interviewing prospective tenants.
Being responsible for other Section 8 compliance tasks (training provided)
Individual will need to communicate with tenants on a daily basis.
Run monthly reports.
Tenant follow-up and income verification.
Requirements:
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook, MS Excel-basic)
Basic data entry
Bilingual a must, to assist English or Spanish speaking residents.
Need to have professional communication skills.
The ability to self-manage, be organized, diligent, and detail oriented.
