Busy office located in the Pelham Pkwy, Bronx seeks Full-Time Administrative Assistant with Collections & Marketing experience.
Duties include:
a) Review and process collection claims
b) Administrative work and marketing/social media
c) Scheduling and calendar management
d) Build solid relationships with vendors and customers
e) Take charge of special projects as needed
Qualifications/Requirements include:
a) Marketing, Advertising, Branding & amp; Sales experience A+
b) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
c) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
d) Bilingual (Spanish) A+
