Our client, a leading global asset management firm headquartered in Midtown East, is looking for a Temp to Perm Admin Assistant to support 2 high-level professionals in their Government Relations group. This role starts asap with a 3-4 month temp trial period. This role is onsite Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm with a 30 min lunch break (+OT as needed). Annual base salary is 85K + discretionary bonus + benefits. The hourly pay rate while temping in-line.The Administrative Assistant role entails providing support to a team in our Government Relations group. The responsibilities include:Managing calendar(s) including scheduling internal and external appointments, confirming meetings, coordinating with other assistantsAnswering calls and acting as a gatekeeperActing as back-up support for other senior professionalsBooking conference rooms for internal and external meetings; meeting and greeting guests, registering guests in the visitor's systemCompletion of detailed corporate expenses including tracking receipts and reimbursementsCoordinating travel arrangements including flights, visas/passports, cars, hotels, and other reservationsMaintaining and organizing digital files in BoxProcessing of invoices via Coupa, ensure proper expense codingAssist with a variety of bespoke projects, including event planning, strategic operations, and process improvement initiativesQualifications:Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who work well in a team-driven working group, are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.
