Our client is a global advisory firm looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their Accounting & Operations Department in the NYC office. This role will be supporting the department as well as the senior level executives and heads. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years of administrative assistance experience and the ability to multi-task and complete tasks. This is a hybrid work schedule, 4 days on-site and 1 remote, from 8AM – 6:00PM EST but must be flexible to work outside of standard hours.
Responsibilities:
· Provide support to senior executives and department team throughout their daily operations
· Handle complex and ever-changing calendars and scheduling
· Coordinate international and domestic travel as needed
· Function as the liaison between various departments internally and high-level clients externally
· Prepare and oversee confidential documents, ensuring prompt submission and proper filing
· Assist in planning and coordinating internal events
· Produce detailed documents and presentations
· Support new business ventures and client relationships
· Process expense reports
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree needed
· 3 + years of administrative assistance experience, preferably in finance / accounting
· Professional and positive demeanor always
· Highly detail oriented
· Ability to multi-task and execute multiple tasks at once
· Excellent verbal and written communication
· Punctual and dependable
· Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Salary/comp info:
Compensation is based on experience and goes up to $95k base plus built in overtime and a discretionary bonus with 100% paid benefits and other additional perks.
