Senior Floral Designer
Job Type: Full-time, Temp to hire, Seasonal, April - November

We're seeking a Senior Wedding Designer who's ready to bring their expertise to the table. Responsibilities:
- Foster collaboration by actively engaging in group settings and contributing to team efforts
- Apply floral expertise to bring unique concepts to life and enhance the overall quality of arrangements
- Demonstrate an understanding of feedback in various aspects of floral design, ensuring continuous growth and mastery of your craft
- Handle flower processing, ensuring stock is maintained and organized
- Execute designs brand accurately based on recipes provided by Creative Directors
- Execute on-site setup, including unloading trucks, arranging floral and décor elements, and on-site design
- Champion and navigate the entire execution of the wedding design process
- Tailor creative and innovative design concepts to match each client's unique style
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, meeting targets and exceeding client expectations
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction throughout the event planning and execution process
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment
Requirements:
- Prior event company experience
- Knowledge of flower names, their care, and handling
- A portfolio showcasing wedding/event design expertise
- Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 30lbs
- Comfortable standing and lifting for extended periods
- Proficient in the use of knives and/or bunch cutters
- Experience in both foam and water preferred
- Open availability, including weekends
- Ability for onsite setup
