Studio Manager - Job Description
Who You Are:
“Uh oh, we’re out of paper towels,” said nobody ever, because you are crushing it as the ASD studio manager, taking care of business down to the last mundane detail.
As the Studio Manager at ASD, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, responsible for ensuring seamless functioning in every aspect of our business.
You will be at the helm of our studio’s operations, managing the studio and keeping track of our inventory. You’ll oversee studio organization so the team has space for flowers coming in, processing, and arrangements going out. You will manage all studio operations, including scheduling studio maintenance, coordinating deliveries, and preparing production spaces. Your keen organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential as you coordinate the various tasks and workflows that keep our studio running smoothly.
As the lead organizer of all studio logistics, you will support our Logistics Supervisor and Floral Production Supervisor to lead the team of floral designers and assistants, fostering a collaborative work environment where everyone can flourish. You are a proactive and high energy individual who is a self-starter, anticipating any hiccups so they never become issues. We’ll need you to run a tight ship! You will be integral to making our many moving parts run like clockwork.
We operate on a high level and we need someone who will match our energy, be proactive, always look ahead to anticipate needs and issues before they come up. You will keep our studio fully stocked and our inventory in line so that our team of designers and assistants are ready to tackle whatever elaborate request comes our way. If you’re doing your job well, the team will never have to question whether they have enough supplies or where a vase is because you always know.

Part Time to Full Time
$20 to 35 per Hour
