Sky Dental + Sky Dental Kids, a modern, state-of-the-art office located in the heart of Lower Manhattan's Financial District, is seeking an exceptional Front Desk Manager to join our top-rated dental practice and team.
Qualified candidates must possess the following job requirement criteria:
3 or more years of front desk experience in a private dental practice
2 or more years of experience managing a team (minimum of 2 team members directly managing)
In depth understanding of PPO insurance, including both in-network and out-of-network insurance benefits
Extremely organized and tech savvy (we are a modern, paperless office)
Strong leadership and motivation skills (teacher)
Exceptional customer service skills (must enjoy speaking to and working with others)
High school or GED level educational requirement (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred)
Job Duties:
Managing a team of 5 or more front desk team members
Administrative duties
Employee Performance management
Team training management
Morning huddle preparation and execution
Customer service management
Patient schedule optimization and management
Schedule:
40 hours per week (5 days per week)
Compensation:
$35/hour + monthly production bonus (uncapped)
Yearend bonus
