Sky Dental + Sky Dental Kids, a modern, state-of-the-art office located in the heart of Lower Manhattan's Financial District, is seeking exceptional dental assistants to join our top-rated dental practice and dynamic team (extremely positive and engaging work culture).
Qualified candidates must possess the following job requirement criteria:
2 or more years of dental assistant experience in a private dental practice
Experience working in a fast-paced environment (emphasis on multitasking)
Extremely organized and tech savvy (we are a very modern office utilizing the latest technology)
Exceptional customer service skills (must enjoy speaking to and working with others)
High school or GED level educational requirement (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred)
Job Duties:
Chairside assisting (4 handed dentistry)
Digital X-rays
Treatment room prep, setup, turnover
Instrument cleaning and proper sterilization protocol
Supply and equipment inventory management
Digital scan impressions: iTero 3D scanner (not required, but considered a plus)
In-office teeth whitening: Philips Zoom (not required, but considered a plus)
Nitrous Oxide system use (not required, but considered a plus)
Experience with adult patients is required (general, cosmetic, restorative, Invisalign)
Schedule:
40 hours per week (4-day schedule per week)
Compensation:
$24-30/hour + monthly bonus
Yearend bonus
