Job Description
The OA projects are designed to streamline the internal processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy across various departments. The main responsibility of OA developers is to participate in the implementation of OA projects.
Hold kick-off meeting with stakeholders to understand business and system requirements
Assist with the project plan design based on the analysis of business requirement document and present to supervisor for review
Maintain the existing projects and other data reporting system after system go live
Develop applications based on secure coding principles
Assist with the analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, or modification of application projects
Conduct unit test and system integration test to validate if the new application meets business requirements
Adhere to the application development procedure when developing application system
Provide application maintenance support services and user acceptance test support
Analyze application issue, prepare a solution for supervisor to review and approve, and execute the solution after it is approved
Prepare project’s go-live documents
Ensure adherence to the change management procedure when implementing application solutions
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related subject. Master’s degree preferred
Strong Nintex K2, SharePoint related Workflow/application development and SQL database development experience
Fluent in English speaking and writing, bilingual (Chinese) is preferred
Familiar with banking and compliance business
Good understanding and practice of SDLC and current popular development technologies
2 years of workflow management system (Nintex K2, SharePoint) development experience
