Duration: 3 months
Bill rate: $35-$40 /hour + 1-1/2 OT
Job Description
Dispose eMPay alerts including these generated from eMPay Tool and manual process totaling exceeding $50,000 within 30 days of alert generation;
Validate/reconcile the data in Risk Assessment Engine ("RAE") to ensure the data quality and consistency with the data source, e.g. T24, Fenergo and FIS, etc.;
Send email regarding KYC RFI and KYC Notice to the individual customer within IO days of receipt of the list from LCD KYCTeam;
Prepare the weekly eMPay alert metric and quarterly eMPay Transaction Monitoring Report to the BKD and LCD managements;
Communicate with LCD KYC Team back and forth the customer response to KYC RFI/KYC Notice;
Prepare KYC internal RF! to LCD KYC Team;
Tracking, monitoring and following up with AO and LCD KYC team for completion of triggering case;
Validate RAE data to maintain data accuracy;
Prepare and clean up data to assist in Consumer and Regulatory Compliance metrics;
Prepare and clean up data to assist in BSA Reports;
Tracking and preparing the weekly debit card dispute transaction metrics.
Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree, Business Major (Required), Master’s degree, Business major with data statistical analysis skill (Preferred)
Proven Experience in banking business & banking operations
Skill in analyzing and evaluating financial information
Marketing skills; Ability in developing new products and services
Expert knowledge and experience in writing, Power Point, and Excel
Supervisory and organizational skill
Data compiling and statistical analysis is preferred
Bilingual (ability to read, speak and write Chinese)
Adequate knowledge of banking products and services
Knowledge of current market conditions, trends, products offered by competitors
