Bridge IT, Inc. (“Brigit”) in New York, NY seeks Business Operations Associate (multiple positions).
Responsibilities: Responsible for working directly with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) by providing support and project management for the company to run more effectively by identifying points for improvement and preparing recommendations for the implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes. Duties include: gathering information and executing in-depth analyses of organizational operations; identifying issues, developing hypotheses, and translating data into impactful insights and making recommendations to the leadership team based on the findings; managing ad hoc special projects end to end; instigating key organizational initiatives on direction from the COO, monitoring the status, and pushing them forward; working with Finance, Legal, and People Ops to implement changes for core operational tasks; and other duties as assigned.
Education: Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Business Management, or related field (or foreign equivalent).
Requirements: 2 years of experience in the job offered or related positions. Other requirements include: 2 years of experience working with SQL, Google AppScript, Python, or similar data management systems; 2 years of experience creating automated systems to reduce overall task completion timeline; 2 years of experience managing projects in setting process, deadlines, and deliverables; 2 years of experience conducting data analysis to provide technical insights; and 2 years of experience working with core operational tasks on cross-functional teams.
