Assistant Kitchen Manager

Seasonal Position in kitchen on Dune Road at Quogue Beach Club. Pre and post season work in addition preferred. Beginning of June to Mid-September, season run's memorial day to labor day. Assistant Manager will assist Manager in all day to day activities. Training staff in food service, food safety, cooking, cleanliness, menu planning and execution, front of house, back of house, POS system. Creative and open-minded individual that works well with young staff is preferred. Our staff is mostly 14-20 years of age. Needs to have stamina and be able to be on feet long hours. 8 hour shifts 5 x a week, negotiable. Must obtain Suffolk County Food Handlers Certificate before or during season.
