Now Hiring: Kitchen Manager

The Terra Cafe located in Greenport, NY is now seeking qualified candidates for the seasonal position of Kitchen Manager. The responsibilities of this senior leadership role include ensuring successful kitchen operations, developing and motivating BOH team members, managing budgeted targets, overseeing a seasonal, delicious and sanitary culinary program, as well as creating an uplifting culture of hospitality. This role reports to and works closely with the Director of Operations to develop innovative, regionally inspired menus and dishes.
