Req Number 122860Job DescriptionAssists with the day-to-day administration of the employee benefit programs such as life insurance, health care coverage, disability, retirement and other related programs. May specialize in one area within employee benefits.Job Responsibility

Recommends changes to benefits based on feedback received from employees and other data.

Coordinates the delivery of benefits and fund transfers with benefit vendors.

Supports the HR Business Partners with communication and other administrative support for benefit programs.

Participates in the development of employee benefits policies and procedures.

Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.

Performs related duties as required. All responsibilities noted here are considered essential functions of the job under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Duties not mentioned here, but considered related are not essential functions.

Job Qualification

Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

1-3 years of relevant experience, required.

Prior HR related experience, preferred.
