Title: Administrative Assistant – Payroll Department
Status: Full time, Monday – Friday, onsite (no virtual or hybrid)
Salary: $30 to $32 per hour (or $62,400 to $66,560 annually)

Process and enter daily time sheets from the field personnel, produce weekly paychecks for full time employees and union employees and prepare certified payroll reports.
Process new hires.
Reconcile payroll and pay weekly taxes, 401K contributions, child support, etc.
Prepare certified payrolls and monthly union payroll reports.
Review payroll from subcontractors to ensure compliance.
Update annual wage increases and benefits
Assist with filing of quarterly payroll taxes.
Monitor contracts and work directly with estimating department to reconcile hours, benefits and related expenses throughout the duration of the contract.
Assist estimators in assembling bids and proposals.
Assist in the yearly company audits – assemble data for 3rd party retained CPA
Prepare and distribute W2’s and 1099’s at year end
