Seeking an organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. As a member of our management company, you will play an integral role in our day to day by delivering exceptional service to our boards, vendors, and tenants.

Responsibilities:

- Professionally manage incoming calls and correspondence.

- Handle mail and correspondence efficiently.

- Maintain records by scanning invoices daily.

- Ensure timely distribution of monthly resident invoices.

- Facilitate the coordination of maintenance requests and diligently follow up with tenants and vendors to ensure prompt resolution.

- Prepare monthly board packets.

- Serve as a liaison between board members and residents.

- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the property management team.

Qualifications:

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Thorough organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
