Responsibilities:
Support advisors and office staff with client-related tasks and corporate matters, including but not limited to:
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and prepare materials for client meetings
Keep client relationship management (CRM) systems up-to-date with client information and activity; organize, scan, and maintain all paper/electronic client files
Assist with information and documentation requirements for new accounts, transfers, and more.
Conduct proactive outreach to clients and advisors on time sensitive activities
Manage account activities that are operational in nature – cash management, transfers, account maintenance (e.g., periodic distributions, debits, contact changes)
Assume ownership of inquiries and requests; communicate with proper parties (internal or external) to ensure clients’ expectations for timely service delivery are met
Work with team to prepare quarterly reporting materials
Assist in executing trades, following advisor instruction
Assist with marketing efforts and periodic communications to clients
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
Qualifications / Requirements:
2+ years of client service experience (financial services preferred, not required)
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Cover letter recommended
