Job description
Growing General Construction company with about $12MM in annual sales, Multiple Rental Properties, and an Insurance Remediation Company seeking an experienced bookkeeper with the following abilities:
-Record and track expenses on a job activity basis in QuickBooks Online Platform.
-Work alongside our Accounts Payable person and help with our Accounts Payable approval system to maintain terms with all vendors accordingly.
-Perform daily administrative and office tasks – email maintenance, filing, related to accounting and financial responsibilities.
-Create Invoices based on terms of contract or payment schedule.
-Email and call to receive payments from customers.
-Monitor operating accounts and perform bank reconciliations on monthly basis.
-Learn our processes and grow with our organization.
Job Requirements:
-Knowledge of QuickBooks Online
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets
-Understanding of basic accounting
-Fast learner and
