Job Opening: Bookkeeper For Rental Properties Part-time
We are looking for Bookkeeper to manage finances for our small rental properties.
Responsibilities include tracking rent payments, expenses, invoices, reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports.
Requirements:
- Experience in bookkeeping (real estate experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in Quickbooks or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organization
Note: This is a part-time position for 8 hours or twice a week.
Training is included for rental properties as this is for a Landlord.
Female is preferable.
Compensation is $20-$25/hr or negotiable depending on experience.
