This role will have responsibility for transforming the way Knorr shows up in the eyes, and hearts of consumers, evolving the portfolio over the next few years, by crafting a real compelling long-term Innovation funnel within the Meal Makers and Mini Meal categories for US and Canada to bring the brand to new heights.What You’ll Do

Your every day job will involve plenty of strategic thinking and crafting. This includes deeply understanding consumer jobs, pains and gains, creating brilliant concepts as well as crafting products using new and breakthrough technologies and formats that deliver superior benefits.

You will lead cross-functional teams, including R&D, SC, CMI, Finance. You will also often work with external partners, such as research agencies, world-class design agencies as well as the best flavor experts globally.

The scope of this role will be NA. This means that you will be partnering with the Scratch Cooking local teams in the US and CA to design your innovations and to gain a deep understanding of different consumer trends and unique market dynamics.

Develop and lead Knorr’s big bet innovations within Meal Makers and Mini Meals for 2025-2027 from concept stage through execution. We started a journey towards a new and more premium Future-Core that will revolutionize the brand and category. Now it’s time to explore the future of these platform in 2025 and beyond.

Lead and own every aspect of your assigned innovation projects across multiple stages, specific responsibilities include strategy & concept development, pricing, P&L creation, innovation forecasting, and go-to-market creative development.

Lead a cross-functional team to develop delicious tasting products and ensure the product meets the strategy and qualified concepts.

Partner with sales to develop compelling selling stories for your innovations, rooted in category growth strategy.

Bring what’s best-in-class on the latest innovation trends and technologies, as well as competitive products to each project.

Own and manage the innovation budget and resources allocated.

Manage and develop future leaders 1 direct report (Assoc. Brand Manager).

What you Need to Succeed:

Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred with 7+ years of experience in Brand or CPG marketing, with a minimum of 3-5 years in innovation and product management.

A creative mindset, excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Has a real passion for innovation, crafting mixes that truly excite consumers

Excellent oral/written and presentation skills; ability to tailor your communication style across a multitude of disciplines leadership levels.

Experience leading or working with large teams, with the ability to build rapport and influence cross-functional and global partners.

Strong track record of successful product launches

Foodie/Nutrition literacy coupled with an eye for aesthetic, design, and attention for details.

Comfortable with using data throughout aspects of the role, turning consumer and social insights into strategic thinking, and building viable financial models.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $110,700 to $166,000. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.Benefits: Unilever employees are eligible to participate in our benefits plan.
