Background & Purpose of the Job:The current North America Home Care (HC) business comprises of three brands across three different entities: Seventh Generation & The Laundress in US and VIM brand in Canada.The business has a net revenue of circa €250m. However, given the extraordinarily large size of the market (+€15 billion), there is massive opportunity for Unilever to grow in this market.As part of the Home Care NA SC (Supply Chain) Finance organization, the associate SC Finance manager role is key to business partner the North America Home Care SC teams (Planning, Procurement, CM Operations) and support the HC NA business to deliver their targets. The key essence of this role is to support HC SC team performance and manage end to end total Supply Chain Costs, with increased focus on Materials and Business Waste forecast and actuals.Who You Are & What You'll Do:

Finance Business Partner to the HC SC Category, providing the team with financial support and financial performance metrics.

Accountable for bridging SCC P&L changes in the Cashup, Forecast and Actuals cycle, while driving value creation and performance agenda towards in-year business targets.

Partner Procurement over forecast and actuals for NMCI, CMA and Product Logic.

Partner Demand Planners over forecast and actuals for Business Waste.

Partner with other SC Finance functions (Logistics/ SCO/ Production) over forecast and actuals.

Driving corrective actions to make sure that actuals are delivered as planned.

Continuous challenge of different departments in SC to ensure that project funnel is sufficient to deliver Category Agenda.

Control over E2E Savings – there are many different supply chain initiatives to drive cost savings for HC, from material savings and loss reduction to manufacturing excellence initiatives, etc.

Benchmarking – support the team by providing insightful information on possible savings sources.

Degree required, preferably in accounting or professional accounting qualification (CPA, CIMA, ACCA, etc.) with 4+ years of relevant finance experience.

Experience in Supply Chain Finance preferred.

Understanding the CPG industry and its challenges.

Analytical thinking/problem-solving ability with ability to combine multiple and different data points to draw conclusions.

Apply a systematic approach to identify and eliminate root causes.

Sees problems through to a complete solution beyond the immediate next step.

Rapidly absorbs new information, knowledge and applies new techniques, technology, and procedures.

Ability to drive performance management and influence the HC Supply Chain LT via insights and appropriate measures of challenge.

Ambitious to hit personal targets and standards.

Act to remove basic blocks to progress without waiting for others to do it.

Demonstrate commitment to the team in helping it achieve its goals.

Proactively share best practices, ideas, and insights with colleagues.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $83,200 to $124,700. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.Benefits: Unilever employees are eligible to participate in our benefits plan.
