CPM's conduct assessments, review subordinate assessments for accuracy and professionalism, make program placement decisions, review and approve billing for services, attend leadership meetings, actively pursue new community placements and services as well as assist Parole Officers in obtaining services and programs for youth. CPM's will need to develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with stakeholders such as Judges, Superintendents, and Deputy Administrators.
