This position will support the Business Office located at 3811 W Charleston Blvd., Ste 104, Las Vegas, NV 89102. Incumbent will be primarily responsible for processing payments of purchase orders submitted via NevadaEPro. Other responsibilities include receiving and verifying agency checks, receiving invoices from vendors, processing vouchers in the accounts payable department, utilizing Excel software to enter data, maintaining files and records, maintaining professional and cooperative interactions with public, agency staff and private agencies, and participating in special projects as needed or required by supervisor.
